Phase 1 - The Stress for success Workshop
Help your team build a better response to stress in the short term exposure window, gains in performance can be expected within 4 weeks. (90 minutes, $500 Max 20 person audience *)

With the help of cutting edge research we focus in on the most progressive mindset for dealing with and transmuting stress into energy, focus and success. While improving health outcomes!
Phase 2 -The Stress Master Workshop
Stress Recognition & Stress profiling
We give your team the capacity to recognise their own stress patterns more precisely and to deliver clear practices that will intervene, creating better stress management into the future. (90 minutes, $500 Max 20 Person audience *)

Phase 3 - The RISE2Resilience course
Join our self paced course and develop your pro-active management Plan and receive all Workshop Content in concise multimedia format.
In this course we will teach you everything you need to know about stress management by making the key workshop content available and we've added 3 additional modules to enable you to author your full personalised stress management 3M plan. (10 hours of learning and coursework $249)
